To submit routine maintenance requests:
Option 1: Login to your tenant portal
Option 2: Download the Maintenance Request Form And Drop Off To Our Main Office Or Fax To: 303.326.0553
Instructions
Please submit your maintenance request by either logging into your tenant portal or you may print out our PDF and email, fax or drop off at the office.
For after hours tenant emergencies, please notify your Property Manager!
If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.
Important
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
Release of Key
Please note that if you do not authorize a release of key to the vendor, you will need to be available to give the vendor access to the property.
